Directions for use:

 1. In a mixing dish, combine one part UPbrow Brow Tint with one part UPbrow Developer Cream (1:1 ratio) until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
 2. Apply evenly to clean, dry brows using a brush.
 3. Leave on for 5–10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity.
 4. Remove gently with a damp cotton pad.
