    1. General Provisions
    - Whenever the Regulations mention:
    - Regulations – this document with all its terms;
    - Organizer – Urszula Parzych Beauty by Polka, the training provider;
    - Data Administrator – the Organizer;
    - Training – training sessions organized by Urszula Parzych, owner of Beauty by Polka;
    - Participant – anyone wishing to enroll in or registered for the training;
    - Instructor – the person conducting the training;
    - Model – an individual on whom services or treatments are performed during the training;
    - Model Work – the process of performing a service/treatment on a Model by the Participant;
    - Service/Treatment – all activities and procedures performed on the Model;
    - Online Store – the online store available at www.beautybypolka.com.
    - These Regulations apply to contracts entered through the Online Store, directly at the training location, by phone, or by email.
    - By making a payment for the training or using the Online Store, individuals acknowledge and accept these Regulations.
    - Both Participant and User state they will not raise claims against the Organizer based on the Regulations.
    - All content in the Online Store and on social media managed by the Organizer (including training descriptions, programs, opinions, photos, graphics, videos, regulations, privacy policies, etc.) is the Organizer's intellectual property and is protected under the "Copyright and Related Rights Act" of February 4, 1994.
    - Copyright infringement is punishable by a financial penalty of PLN 100,000 (one hundred thousand zlotys) per violation, which the Participant or User agrees to pay if they violate these rights.

    2. Organizer
    - The Organizer and Data Administrator is Urszula Parzych Beauty by Polka.
    - In the course of its activities, the Data Administrator collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with applicable regulations, including GDPR and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act.
    - Contact with the Data Administrator is available via email at beautybypolka@gmail.com.
    - The Organizer processes personal data of Participants and Users to properly fulfill agreements for products and services.

    3. Training
    - The Organizer offers training as described in the Online Store, scheduled individually after consultation with interested Participants.
    - Upon expressing interest in training, Participants agree to pay a reservation fee of no less than 30% of the training cost. The reservation fee is non-refundable except in cases provided by law.
    - If participation is canceled within 24 hours before the training, the reservation fee will be refunded only in exceptional cases.
    - Participants must complete payment for the training no later than on the training start date.
    - Rescheduling a training date is allowed twice. Missing the rescheduled date results in the forfeiture of the paid amount.
    - Participants can request to transfer their payment to another training if they are unable to attend. Such requests should be made in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled training date.
    - The Organizer reserves the right to change the training date or cancel the training for reasons beyond their control, such as instructor illness, location issues, or lack of a minimum number of participants. Affected Participants may reschedule, apply their payment to another training, or receive a refund.

    4. Participants
    - Participants agree to read and follow these Regulations.
    - By paying for and attending the training, Participants agree to abide by all legal requirements and Regulations.
    - Personal data provision is voluntary but necessary for proper service delivery by the Organizer. Participants can request data access, withdrawal, transfer, or correction by contacting beautybypolka@gmail.com.
    - Participants grant permission to record and photograph their image, voice, or likeness during training for promotional use by the Organizer.

    5. Training Participation Rules
    - Training imparts knowledge based on the selected program. The Organizer does not guarantee any specific outcome related to the training subject. Participants are responsible for how they apply the methods presented.
    - Completion of the training is conditional upon passing theoretical and practical exams, as well as correctly performing procedures on Models if required. Certification is only granted to Participants who successfully complete the training.

    6. Final Provisions
    - Matters not regulated by these Regulations are governed by applicable Polish law, especially the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
    - The court with jurisdiction over disputes related to these Regulations is the court of the Organizer’s location.
    - These Regulations apply to all Participants.
