Training - lash lamination

Eyelash lamination is a simple and relatively easy-to-master procedure. It is one of the proven methods to highlight natural beauty and improve appearance. The goal of this treatment is to lift the lashes, thicken them, darken them slightly, and nourish them. As a result, the eyes become more expressive while maintaining a natural look and charm.

The training is certified, meaning that every participant who completes the course will receive a certificate granting the right to perform eyelash lamination treatments in beauty salons. Our training is fully accredited by the Beauty Guild.UK.

The training consists of both theoretical and practical parts (working on a model). The first part is theoretical training, which provides a full understanding of the purpose and course of the treatment, as well as possible applications. The second stage consists of practical exercises, where participants apply the knowledge they have gained in a real-world setting.

Below is a sample program of the training and the topics discussed. The theoretical part is generally consistent, but the practical part may vary depending on the level of experience of the participants. I approach each training individually, aiming to provide the best knowledge and skills.

**Theoretical part:**
- Discussion of health and safety rules and preparation of the workstation
- Disinfection of tools and the room
- Structure and functions of eyelashes and the purpose of the lamination treatment
- Contraindications for the procedure
- Client consultation
- Patch test / allergy test
- Preparing the lashes for the procedure – discussion of products used for lash preparation
- Discussion of silicone pads used for curling lashes; choosing the right pads according to the length of natural lashes
- Detailed discussion of eyelash lamination products; analysis of ingredients and effects
- Discussion of post-treatment care products and procedures after the lamination

**Practical part – exercises on a model:**
- Client consultation
- Preparing the client for the treatment
- Practical application of learned knowledge, performing lamination styling technique on a model

The training is one day long and can be conducted in groups or individually.

The training lasts up to 8 hours. The theoretical part lasts for 3 hours, followed by a 30-minute break for a meal, refreshing, and casual conversations. After the break, we move on to the practical part, which lasts for about 4 hours. After the training, we will have time for further discussions, questions, clarifications, group photos, and certificate distribution.
